Sushi Factory 101
Is this your first visit to the Sushi Factory?
Here is a guide on what to expect and how to find your favorite sushi dishes!
Step 1: When You Arrive
Our staff will bring you to your table right next to the sushi factory conveyor!
You can begin to select sushi plates from the conveyor belt right away.
Use the tablet to select your first round of drinks, appetizers, and special orders.
Bella the Robot will bring your drinks and wasabi plates to your table within minutes.
Step 2: The Conveyor Belt
Choose sushi plates from the conveyor belt as they pass by.
Take the entire plate off the belt. Do not take sushi from the running plates.
Once you take a plate off the belt, please do not put it back or return empty plates to the belt.
Stack your empty plates on the table after eating.
Step 3: Tablet Ordering
Use the touch screen tablet to order specific items
Order drinks, appetizers, hand rolls, desserts, and more with just a few taps!
Your order will be delivered to your table by Bella or the Sushi Factory Trolley.

FORWARD AND BACK
Tap the forward and back arrow buttons to scroll through the menu items.

MENU CATEGORIES
Use the categories on the top row to jump to any section of the menu.

TROLLY SPACE
Your selected items will appear in the trolly space at the lower left corner of the screen.
Select up to four item per order.

ORDER YOUR ITEMS
Tap the flashing Order button to send your selections to the kitchen.
The ordered items will be added to your bill.

ORDER HISTORY
Tap the Order History button to see a list of items you have previously ordered during your visit.

Tap the Home button to return to the tablet main menu.

NEED ASSISTANCE?
Tap the Service button and your server will be there to help.
Step 4: All Done?
Tap the yellow “Check” button when you are finished with your meal.
We will bring your bill to you.
